By downloading and using Weathered, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Use of the App

Weathered is designed to serve as a personal digital journal for weather and climate observations.

• Personal use: The app is intended for your personal, non-commercial use.
• User Content: You retain complete ownership of all journal entries, text, and data you input into the app. Because all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover lost entries if you delete the app or lose your device.

3. Accuracy of Weather Data

The atmospheric data and forecasts provided within Weathered are sourced from third-party meteorological services. While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the weather data. The app's future climate and global warming reports are generated based on your personal inputs and historical data trends, and should be viewed as informational rather than strictly scientific.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, architecture, and original artwork (including the app icon and interface elements) of Weathered are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app's proprietary assets.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
